Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you change your mind or are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item.
Change of Mind Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs for the return are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with photos so we can assess the issue. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the refund.
